By using Styloom, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Styloom.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your account security
• Protecting your password or verification code
• All activity under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws
• Upload illegal content
• Infringe copyrights
• Impersonate others
• Interfere with the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access

4. AI Generated Content

Styloom uses artificial intelligence to generate fashion designs.

Generated content may:

• Vary between requests
• Contain inaccuracies
• Require human review

Users remain responsible for how generated content is used.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of designs you upload or create.

You grant Styloom a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

6. SMS Verification

Styloom may send one-time verification codes for:

• Account registration
• Login
• Password reset
• Phone verification

These SMS messages are transactional only.

Message and data rates may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

Users must own or have permission to use any photographs, fabric images, logos, or other materials uploaded to Styloom.

Users may not upload copyrighted content without authorization.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

Styloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Styloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Account Suspension

Styloom may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse AI generation services
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Compromise platform security
• Repeatedly submit harmful or prohibited content
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Styloom to:

• Upload or generate illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Create content that infringes another person's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Generate obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive other users
• Attempt to bypass authentication, security measures, or access accounts that do not belong to you
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse Styloom services or APIs
• Use automated bots to create excessive accounts or generate excessive requests
• Use Styloom for spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial activities
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

13. AI Content Policy

Styloom uses artificial intelligence to assist users in creating fashion designs.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Prompts submitted
• Images uploaded
• AI-generated content they choose to use
• Ensuring generated designs do not infringe third-party rights

Styloom reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

14. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair use of the Service, Styloom may impose reasonable limits on:

• AI image generation
• Storage
• API usage
• Collaboration features

Accounts attempting to circumvent these limits may be restricted.

15. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of Styloom constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
